Amy Sauter is the sole partner of Pescatore & Sauter, LLC, a practice limited to all areas of family law. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia and went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey. Amy is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Amy is an experienced trial attorney, though she is very successful at reaching dissolution agreements without the need to litigate before a judge. She also is experienced in custody, domestic violence and non dissolution matters (unmarried couple disputes).
Alexandra Mangini is the associate attorney at Pescatore & Sauter, LLC. Alexandra joined the firm in 2014. She graduated from Muhlenberg College, Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, in 2008 and New England School of Law in 2011. In December of 2011, Ms. Mangini was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Ms. Mangini served a judicial clerkship in the chambers of the Honorable Keith A. Bachmann, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, from August of 2013 to August of 2014. Prior to her clerkship, Ms. Mangini volunteered her time as a pro bono attorney with Northeast New Jersey Legal Services where she practiced family law exclusively. Ms. Mangini has also worked as a per diem attorney for Meehan & Quirk, LLC. Ms. Mangini also served a judicial internship in the chambers of the Honorable Catherine I. Enright, P.J.F.P., Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County. Ms. Mangini is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Association for Justice and the Barry Croland Family Inns of Court.
